We are The Photocove, we have 3 beautiful photography and videography studios located 5 minutes from Manchester City Centre, in the creative hub of Ancoats, inside one of Manchester’s famous Cotton Mills. All 3 studios are compelling, functional spaces built with love.

Our photography Studios Manchester have everything you need to deliver your own or your client’s vision. Great studio features like infinity coves and all the extras that will inspire you to create your best work in a relaxed, comfortable environment. Take a tour of our infinity cove studios.

Having 8 years of experience we understand what people want and need when it comes to a wide range of Photoshoots. Our value and quality of service can be seen from our glowing Google reviews.

Client Support

The Photocove has a member of staff on site at all times. Many Manchester photography studios in will only have phone or message support which can be difficult when problems arise and no one is onsite, so check this when comparing studios.

Competitive Pricing

Our prices have been checked and we are extremely competitive. All bookings come with 2 high quality Bowens lights included in the price.
Check when comparing studios as some studios have hidden charges for lighting!

Behind The Scenes

We Shoot video footage to share on our Instagram if you want us to! we tag the whole team so you can get more exposure for your photography or brand etc. This is free and you may end up in one of our Instagram reels!

Respect for Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. Some Manchester photo studios record what you are doing whilst in the studios! We will never record you. We Have no CCTV cameras set up inside the studios as we trust and respect our clients privacy.

Our Manchester photo studios are located just five minutes from Manchester City Centre or Holt Town via the Metrolink in Ancoats, our photo studios are easy to find. We Have Free Parking Via Pollard Street East, Lind Street, and Cavalier Street.

WHAT KIND OF SHOOTS DO WE ACCOMODATE?

We provide photography studios for hire for all kinds of shoots such as: Brand Campaigns, E-commerce Photography, Product Photography, Model and Fashion Photography, Film photography, Videography, and Creative and Corporate Headshots. Music Videos, Influencer Shoots, Content Shoots for Instagram and Tiktok, Occasion and family bookings, and Test Shoots. You can even book our photographic studios for your workshops, small events or classes.

Please note that we don’t offer passport photos, printing services, or podcast bookings. (due to not being able to guarantee silence) Each booking doesn’t come with a photographer but we can arrange one if you contact us.

Had a great shoot today, studio was brilliant and Phil was a legend. He tried to do sun dance to bring the sunlight through the windows. Manchester weather had other plans. Despite the clouds the studio was very well lit 😁
Models were very pleased with the space too.

One of the best studios I worked at in Manchester. The manager of the spaces is so friendly and helpful which is a big thing when you start out and don’t have much confidence. Studio has 3 different rooms to choose from and a variety of different backdrops and props. It’s great for shoots or content creation days. Would 100% recommend The Photocove !!

Always the best vibes at The Photocove, the staff are always super friendly and accommodating, there are 3 amazing studios to choose from, with lighting equipment, a makeup area, dressing room, mirrors, props etc, everything you need for a successful shoot all for an affordable price - couldn’t recommend enough!

I’ve been going to the Photocove for more than 4 years and I must say it’s the best studio in Manchester. They have everything you need from props to different colour backdrops. Always receive great service from Phil the manager. I definitely recommend booking this studio!

Would recommend to any brand or creative! Shot here a few times and it's always a great experience. The studios/facilities are very well maintained with high quality equipment. The team were happy to help with any issues we were having and always super friendly and cool!

We want to do a shoutout to @design_demod, they have done a truly amazing job with the studio redesign. We needed highly skilled people, not just a builder and demod delivered! Working with us bringing our idea for the arch to life from a dodgy drawing on paper nicknamed the piece of toast to a fully fledged super arch! nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail was unreal so thank you!
